Here’s what’s included.

🏋️‍♀️ Small group sessions

You will never be left alone; lost and confused with no idea what to do. You will always have a Personal Trainer there to guide you through the workout.

📋 Everything planned

We take all the stress of going to the gym out of it by planning every workout for you. We plan the session, demonstrate the exercises and guide you through the whole workout so you walk away feeling like you’ve truly achieved something.

👩‍💻 REGULAR check-ins

Getting started at the gym can be a very daunting experience, and keeping consistent can be challenging. Every member is assigned a personal coach to keep you accountable. Coaches will check in with you twice a month to discuss your goals, progress and provide any support you need.

🥘 Nutrition coaching

Nutrition is the key and every member gets support with what to eat, how much and we have meal plans to help give you more ideas so you’re not left eating chicken and broccoli every day.

VIDEO TRAINING APP

Our training app shows you all the workouts for the week, allows you to track progress with weights, fitness, body stats and much more. This is where you will communicate with your personal coach.
