GPT
Group Personal Training (GPT) is the core of the gym. It’s a highly adaptable, strength-based session for all fitness types, offering one workout and multiple outcomes.
Suitable for all fitness levels; everyone can join in, and nobody gets left behind.
The workout is broken down into 4 zones, 3 strength based and one cardio.
The sessions are 60 minutes and have a maximum capacity of 12 (3 people per zone).
Lift
Our Lift sessions are great for the more experienced gym goers who want to isolate specific areas and perform more advanced, challenging exercises and programming.
Lift sessions also have 4 zones; using 2 squat racks, multiple resistance machines and dumbbells. Each session is 60 minutes and has a maximum capacity of 8.
P4X
P4X is our high-intensity, high-octane group workout that’s big on atmosphere and big on results.
Our members smash through their limits and enter beast mode as they work relentlessly for the full 50 minutes, energised by the music.
There are 4 zones which include 2 strength and 2 cardio for a duration of 8 minutes per zone. P4X is set to a max capacity of 8 people.
Not recommended for beginners.
Supersession
Supersessions are an excellent way of improving your strength, fitness and durability; all in one session.
Essentially a mixture of GPT and P4X, these sessions can help you smash your goals and then some.
In Supersessions, we utilise the entire gym; with 5 zones, each containing 4 exercises with 2 minutes per exercise.
Each session is 60 minutes and has a max. capacity of 20 people.
Supersessions are suitable for everyone and you can go at your own pace.
