The Vision.

Project4 Fitness is our vision realised: a safe space where fitness is a journey, not the destination. Where challenge is a mindset, growth is a foundation, and goals are shared, achieved and set anew. It’s a place where our community lift each other beyond their limits. Because connected, we are stronger. Together, we are limitless.

The gym.

Our gym is organised into five different spaces; each focusing on specific types of exercises within our numerous sessions.

The main gym.

The heart of our gym is a fully outfitted strength and conditioning studio where we run our core sessions of GPT (Group Personal Training), Supersession and WHIP.

From squat racks and dumbbells to box jumps and cardio machines, training in the main gym gives you everything you need for general fitness. Each station can take a maximum of four members, with lots of options for you to work on whatever you need to.

The Lift Studio.

The newest addition to our gym is our perfectly designed Lifting Studio; here you will find squat racks, benches, dumbbells and numerous resistance machines ready and waiting for you to build muscle and get stronger.

Lift sessions are open to our members on our P4PT pathway who are all about transforming themselves with building, shaping and defining their bodies.

The Battleground.

Home to our high intensity P4X sessions, The Battleground is aptly named and not for the feint of heart. Here you’ll find our treadmills and fan bikes as well as many free weights to choose from.

Training in The Battleground is truly an experience like no other, with members leaving our P4X sessions energised after pushing themselves past their limits.

P4 Restore.

Taking care of your body is just as important as training, so we have created a space above our gym where you can ease those weary muscles with yoga and sports massage facilities.

Yoga Studio.

Our Yoga Studio is home to different types of yoga sessions and Pilates.

From calming Yin Yoga sessions to more intense Yoga Flow, we have the right mix of sessions to help you stretch out and stay in top shape.

Massage Room.

As well as maintaining your body through stretching and movement, sports massage can be a great way to prevent injury and help your body reach its maximum potential.

You may need sports therapy for a multitude of reasons; whether that be for pain relief, better posture, better mobility, faster recovery, or improved overall performance in the gym.

James is an expert in tailoring massage therapy to your wants and needs.
