We take all the stress of going to the gym out of it, by planning every workout for you. We plan the session, demonstrate the exercises and guide you through the whole workout so you walk away feeling like you’ve truly achieved something.
Personal coach - worth £199
Getting started at the gym can be a very daunting experience, and keeping consistent can be challenging. Every member is assigned a personal coach to keep you accountable. Coaches will check in with you weekly to discuss your goals, progress and provide any support you need.
Nutrition coaching - worth £199
Nutrition is the key and every member gets support with what to eat. We have meal plans to help give you more ideas so you’re not left eating chicken and broccoli every day.
Video training app - worth £99
Our training app shows you all the workouts for the week, allows you to track progress with weights, fitness, body stats and much more. This is where you will communicate with your personal coach.

We conduct inductions on Wednesdays at 4:30pm and on Saturdays at 11:30am.
