PREMIUM GROUP TRAINING & WELLNESS CENTRE

GROUP PT

GPT is the core of the gym. It’s a highly adaptable strength-based session for all fitness types, offering one workout and multiple outcomes. Everyone can join in, and nobody gets left behind.
The workout is broken down into 4 zones, 3 strength based and one cardio.
The sessions are 60 minutes and have a maximum capacity of  12 (3 people per zone).

P4X

P4X is a high-intensity, high-octane group workout that’s big on the atmosphere and big on results. Members smash through their limits and enter beast mode as they work relentlessly for the full 50 minutes, energised by the music. There are 4 zones which include 2 strength and 2 cardio for a duration of 8 minutes per zone. P4X  is set to a max capacity of 8 people..

LIFT

Our lift sessions are great for the more experienced gym goers who want to isolate specific areas and perform more advanced challenging exercises and programming.

Lift sessions also have 4 zones using 2 squat racks, resistance machines and dumbbells. Each session is 60 minutes and has a maximum of 8 capacity.

LIFT IN ACTION

RESTORE

Relax, regenerate and recover with P4 Restore. Here members can benefit from our small group Yoga and Pilates sessions (6 capacity) or loosen up those muscles with some deep tissue massage..

Earl is a former pro/semi pro footballer, with over 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer, Coach and Mentor. Earl concentrates on empowering people by improving mental, physical and emotional health. When Earl is not coaching at P4, you’ll often find him visiting schools to deliver mindset and motivational talks, small group mentoring and fitness bootcamps..

A highly-qualified Personal Trainer in Didsbury with over 16 years experience, Jory’s aim is to help clients see exercise as a lifestyle choice and positive release. He focuses on making the training sessions enjoyable, challenging and most importantly results-driven to enable you to become the best version of yourself. Whether your goals are to lose weight, tone up, put on lean muscle or increase strength, Jory’s workout plans are designed to get you the results.

An obese teenager and young adult (17 stone) Lisa was a late comer to fitness so she understands the challenges of change. Too embarrassed to step inside a gym, she studied fitness and nutrition to educate herself on how to become healthy. As a PT, she now inspires other adults and children to make their change, instilling self belief and a genuine love of fitness along the way. Lisa specialises in transformations and loves nothing more than seeing her clients change both mentally and physically in the process.
