  • 24 training sessions (per 4 week period) at Project4
  • Online training plans and video demonstrations to follow outside of P4 on an easy to use mobile training app – for additional solo workouts
  • Nutritional support
  • Personal macros which are calculated based on your body, fitness levels and goals.
  • Assigned coach to support and hold you accountable
